Apart from handling day-to-day operations, Eric’s role at MN Health Insurance Agency is identical to that of all the other licensed agents. He spends a vast majority of his time helping individuals, families and businesses review options and select the best health plans for their needs. Eric finds great satisfaction in helping clients both before and after they enroll in a policy.
His two decades as a mortgage broker prepared him well for his career in health insurance, because both industries share a similar level of complexity and potential frustration for consumers.
Eric is a lifelong Minnesotan who grew up in St. Paul, graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, and is now back in St. Paul with his wife, daughter and dog. He enjoys golf, softball, snowboarding and spending time with his family, and has been a youth hockey referee for 25 years.

Andy is cofounder and co-owner of MN Health Insurance Agency. He is also a busy licensed agent who has earned a strong reputation for his personal approach to helping people find health plans that are right for them.
Andy considers post-enrollment support to be an equally important aspect of his work, as he acts as a long-term resource to answer questions and advocate in each client’s best interest.
Prior to forming MN Health Insurance Agency, Andy spent 20 years in the personal insurance and mortgage businesses. This experience gave him a valuable big-picture perspective on the complex workings of the insurance industry, while underscoring the importance of personalized attention when it comes to helping consumers navigate difficult transactions.
In his free time, Andy enjoys golfing, running and spending time with his family.

Raised/grew up near Madison, Wisconsin and moved to Minnesota shortly after graduating from college. Michelle worked in the printing industry for more than 20 years before following her interests in health insurance. She loves being in the position to make selecting health coverage a straightforward and stress-free process.
Michelle also savors the complexity and ever-changing nature of the healthcare landscape, because it has given her a reason to get back into the classroom with training to enhance her knowledge.
Michelle, her husband and her two children stay very active together, with outdoor activities that include biking, walking, boating, fishing, jet-skiing and snowmobiling.
